MY DAYS AT WINTON MOTOR RACEWAY .

Hi everyone, welcome to my blog! Today I want to share with you my amazing experience of working as a caterer for the V8 super car teams and car companies at Winton Motor Raceways. It was a dream come true for me, as I love cars and racing, and I got to see some of the most luxurious and powerful vehicles in the world up close. Let me tell you, it was not easy to keep my cool when I saw a Mercedes Benz, a BMW, or a Maserati parked in front of me. I wanted to jump in and take them for a spin, but of course I had to be professional and focus on my job.

My job was to prepare and serve delicious food and drinks for the drivers, mechanics, engineers, sponsors, and guests of the teams and car companies. I had to work fast and efficiently, as they had very tight schedules and high expectations. I also had to be flexible and creative, as they had different preferences and dietary requirements. Some of them wanted vegan, gluten-free, or low-carb meals, while others wanted burgers, fries, or pizza. Some of them wanted coffee, tea, or water, while others wanted beer, wine, or champagne. I had to make sure everyone was happy and satisfied with what they got.

I also had to deal with some challenges and surprises along the way. For example, one time the power went out in the kitchen and I had to improvise with a gas stove and a flashlight. Another time, one of the drivers spilled his drink on his suit and I had to help him clean it up with some napkins and soda water. And another time, one of the guests asked me to take a selfie with him and his Maserati. I couldn't say no to that!

But the best part of working as a caterer at Winton Motor Raceways was meeting some of the most talented and famous people in the racing industry. I got to chat with some of the drivers and learn about their strategies and techniques. I got to watch some of the races and cheer for my favorite teams. And I got to admire some of the most beautiful and expensive cars in the world. It was an unforgettable experience that I will always cherish.

Thank you for reading my blog. Stay tuned for more stories from my catering adventures!
